Constipation is defined as less than one bowel motion per day, which is hard and difficult to pass, or bowel movement less frequently than 3 times a week.

In constipation stools become hard, by loosing the water and they fail to move the peristaltic movements of the intestines, Constipation should not be taken lightly. Because if any person, develops habitual constipation-he definitely develop problems like, gas formation, heaviness in stomach, loss of appetite, frequent headaches, and in some cases chronic constipation may even lead to more dreaded diseases like piles. As such constipation must be avoided to stay fit & healthy.

Extract of Terminalia Chebula 200 mg.
Extract of Operculina Turpethum 50 mg.
Purified Croton Tiglium 25 mg.
Excipients q.s.

Cassia angustifolia is a purgative. It stimulates intestinal peristalsis, the apparent effect visible in 7-12 hours.
Croton tiglium - all parts of plant possess drastic purgative properties
Terminalia chebula is highly useful in chronic constipation and dysentery.
Indications:-

* Chronic constipation.
* Constipation associated with pregnancy, piles, post partum and cardiac cases.
* For pre-radiographic abdominal preparation.

Do's / Dont's

1. Intake of more roughage diet.
2. Intake of more liquid diet.
3. Intake of less non-vegetarian diet.
